sometimes, i wish i didn't care as much about what others think. i am always worried that i might have done something that people might misinterpret/ misunderstand. and it bothers me for a long time:( the feeling seriously sucks. hopefully time will clear the misunderstandings, if there is any in the first place that is. oh mann. i seriously have to stop worrying.

aniwaes, i am sick. two days sick leave. i slept most of my day away:( i hate being sick. but dear made me feel so much better... brought me to the doctor and when we reached home, he cooked me poached eggs and french toast:) and fed me dinner:) love is the best medicine! he was so patient and loving... i feel really blessed. thank u for today darling.

dear and i went to the premiere of Cubik, a local short film that won awards internationally:) dear's best friend, lyon, acted in the show and he really acted well:) so proud of him! the show was interesting too and it is always good to see the local scene doing well! Minister George Yeo and many other local actors and actresses were there to show their support as well:)

went to dear's friend, leon's, birthday celebration two days ago at hotel Re! it was a nice room. cozy and chic at the same time. and the bed... it was a water bed! my first time sitting on a water bed... hehe... aniwaes the celebration was alot of fun as we played games like taboo and bingo! the forfeits were hilarious! and they were all really good sports:)

in the midst of cleaning out my cupboard when i suddenly feel a strong urge to blog. nostalgia hits as i look through my notebooks and gifts and cards my friends made for me in sec sch and jc and even during poly. i miss those days. i miss rushing to get roti john for breakfast before the bell rang for the first class in jc with stephy. i miss talking to her about everything at the stadium benches in school. and stephy do you rem writing in my notebook? i must show it to you. so many more memories which are equally valuable. and andrea, our endless chats about love. and the first gig i went to was with you. hahaha... and skipping school. and gg to mac... i miss that. miss your company. and for some reason even after all these years, i really feel she has not changed much. she is still that person who is an great companion. and lulu, going to your house countless times to talk and complain. and studying together without sleeping while you pushed me to not give up. going holidays together. one of the best times ever. and my dearest wafaradilla, you made poly really fun. gg to banquet and watching movies and gg to wild wild wet! i am already missing you girls. i miss my friends already. work is going to start soon. and i know i will have lesser time. but i will make time for my loved ones. and dear, my nails still look beautiful. i love you:)

i am back from genting! and yes, it was alot of fun! i miss it already:( aniwaes, it rained so we didnt go to the outdoor theme park. we went karaoke-ing! it was fun! everybody was singing their hearts out and laughing like crazy:) we played L4D there, and yes i am officially an addict of that game. and so are the rest of them. lol! love love love that game:) we played pool. yes i am bad at it, but i still love that game alot and it has been so long since i last played it. so happy i got to play it again:) we went to ripley's believe it or not.. very interesting! and the haunted house, omg. damn scary. i had a sorethroat after all that screaming. haha... and, we played bowling. i always felt thta bowling isn't very fun. but i have certainly changed my mind. another fun activity:D i came up with a little surprise for dear as it was our annie. we usually dont celebrate month-saries. but being in genting, on a holiday with dear, made me wanna do a little something for him. and i am so so glad you loved it dear:) lu and ken were really great company and we had alot of fun with them. love love love holidays! :D

today was dear's off day! :D went to fika, a swedish cafe located at arab street. our first time there. gosh... the food is really really good!:) and the ambience is really nice. very calm and peaceful. away from the hustle of everything else. the place is small and cosy, and it is perfect for relaxing and spending the day chatting with your loved ones. dear loved the place as much as i did! so glad we went there:)

after that we went to search for a top for my interview tmr. am applying for _____. wish me luck ppl:) aniwaes we headed to Iluma and went to coffee bean. we sat and talked about random stuff and also about the interview tmr. dear tried to help me be more prepared for the interview cos i was so nervous. he pretended to be interviewing me. lol! we talked about my answers, and also about our future. entering the working world is another stage in our life and i am glad he is there by my side. i love you dear. thanks for the support:)

went to causeway point with dear today. walked around and did window shopping... den we sat down and talked... about nothing and everything under the sun... haha... aniwaes, then we went to watch law abiding citizen. i absolutely love the show. admittedly, it is a biased opinion. i LOVE shows about crimes so ya... haha... but really, the show is awesome! i really didnt want it to end so soon cos it was so good! the ending of the show is sad... but i wont spoil it by telling you what happens. go catch it.. i highly recommend it!

i am a hapy happy happy girl today! cos it is my second off day and i spent my day with dear. love off days cos we have so much more time for each other:D

girls day out abt two weeks ago. cloudy, lulu, stephy, car and me. went for dinner. and then did some shopping! :) after that, we did something totally unpredictable. we went to play left 4 dead! oh my gosh... i was super excited!!! i have always wanted to play that game so i couldnt wait to start. we went to cine, 9th floor. and booked 5 comps for two hours. after abt 30 min of playing i felt super sick. was like so ready to just throw up. i didnt know why. it was like all of a sudden. felt super upset. cos i was so excited to play then i fell sick. so dissapointing la. couldnt continue after that cos i was feeling too horrible. but luckily lulu had med for me. abt an hour later i felt better:) my girls are really the best. buy me water, talk to me... and made me feel so much better! love you girls!

sorry for the lack of updates. work is seriously exhausting! was affected by it rather badly but i am getting the hang of things. no longer feel as incompetent or alone at work. now i have to focus on working faster. so glad things are getting better. still, i look forward to my off days.. haha... aniwaes i am so happy now cos its my off day!! hence the update..

on 13 jan, dear and i celebrated our 6 years annie:) we went for a skin rejuvenating facial at urban homme. we went into the couple room and it was very relaxing! they gave us ginger tea before and after the treatment. which i was unable to appreciate. haha... but dear kept saying its nice! errr... aniwaes pictures taken during the day..

dear enjoyed the experience very much. and we were both very happy to have gotten the chance to do it together! so much fun!!

after that we had dinner at lucky plaza cos i was craving for it so much! haha... love the indonesian food there.. and then on to watch "hear me". not a popular show but given very good ratings. it is a very sweet and touching movie... it made me tear. doubt it is still showing though.. so thats abt it!

Christmas celebration

had to work on christmas eve. pm shift. but after that, i went to dear's aunt's house at hume avenue and celebrated xmas with them. i felt so welcome as they were all so nice:) ah ma is as always very sweet to me. and so are dear's aunts and cousins:) this is second time i am meeting his whole family and i am glad there are such gatherings. it is filled with such warmth and it gives everyone a chance to catch up!

on christmas dear and i went town. our yearly xmas tradition to see the xmas light on the day itself. haha... and we watched avatar 3D. i was so super excited to get the 3d specs! so when we bought the tickets i asked the person for the 3d specs. haha... too excited la! she said it will be given just before we enter the cinema. so when we went inside i wore it straightaway. but within a few minutes of the show i got a super bad headache wearing the specs:( boo. aniwaes, the show.. i know many people have nothing but praises for it. but i really cant say that i loved it. it was ok. but still, xmas lights+ yummy food+ dear = wonderful xmas :D

dear brought me to the singapore flyer on tues:) was hesitant initially cos many said it was boring... but we still went for it! and the moment we bought the ticket, i was on excited mode immediately! haha... really love the feeling of doing something new with dear. it is always so much fun!

and for a moment it felt like we were gg on a flight to me. lol. so here are the pics!

wafaradilla celebrated my birthday for me last week. and they brought me to the...... ZOO!!! yay! can u imagine how happy i was... i was super excited i tell you :)

they bought me the same cake that dear bought me last year for my bday. but i love that cake alot so i was really happy to get to eat it again! aniwaes here are the pics of some of the animals there. my fav: baboon. super duper cute. esp their red butt! hehehe... and the one i was most scared of: white tiger. shudders.

Bumped into someone i knew from my sec sch days. haven't been in contact with her for more than 5 years i believe. but i was very much disturbed by the conversation we had. somewhere along the conversation she asked me if i was still with my boyfriend and i said yes. then she said " why dont u look for a better one?" goodness. i was so shocked that she even would say something like that. what does she know abt me or him or how my relationship works now. she knew him in the very beginning when we first started our relationship, when things weren't so stable between us. but didnt it cross her mind that almost six years have passed since then, and so many things might have changed? he is the one who sponges me when i have a fever. he is the one who massages my foot for me when i injure it. he is the one who cooks for me when i am hungry even if it is at 2 in the morning. and these are only some of it. yes we still have our little quarrels but our love is so much stronger now than it was in the very beginning. so dont even think of telling me i should look for a better one when u dont know anything about how we are in our daily life. thanks.

dear's birthday celebration was really nice! went out with stephy, lulu, dear's best friend lyon and lyon's gf. minds cafe rocks, as always :) and seriously i think my short term memory has become even shorter! WTH! brain booster pls. hahahhaha... after minds cafe, lyon and his gf and dear and i went to timbre. another first for dear and me :) i LOVE going to such nice places. the ambience was great and so was the live band that was performing. a perfect place to just chill out:) dear and i are intending to go there again soon with stephy and jy and ken and lu! i cant wait mann... i hope they like the place too:)

hari raya was great cos i got to see my loved ones again! dont get to see them all the time esp my nephew. i love him to bits! and food was super super good la! i ate so much i tell you. seriously. my mum like keep telling me to stop eating. she say my face getting rounder:( but it was just so nice!! the cookies.. and the mee soto... and the rendang... and the lontong.. oh mann! YUMMY! seriously i dont dare to measure my weight now cos i know the 3 kg i lost when i was sick confirm gain back already and even more :X

went out with dear a few days back and we had a great day out! was in the recovering process but i was just too stubborn and refused to stay home. wahahhaa... i rest so many days alr... was getting bored-itis. and that my friends, is a serious serious problem! lol. so we went to town and walked around. went ion and my shoes are still out of stock :( sad. lesson learnt: never wait too long to get somthing that you absolutely adore cos your size might just go oos! anwiaes, the salesgirl took my number and said she would call me if there is a re-stock. so i left my number, though i sincerely doubt i will ever receive that much-awaited call :(

dear and i continued walking around and then headed over to shaw. watched "i love you beth cooper". the movie was alright. not something i would recommend but still, there was one moment in the movie which made me tear. and watching it with dear made the movie all so much sweeter. hehe... so then we went for dinner at pastamania at plaza sing. i had prawn aglio olio and dear had beef bolognese. that day's prawn aglio olio was not very nice. have had better on other visits. but i still love the garlic bread. so then we walked around plaza sing and dear brought me to secret recipe. yay! had a very hard time deciding whether i wanted cheesecake or chocolate cake. haha... went for chocolate cake in the end. cant rem the name exactly but it had big chunks of banana on the inside and a thick chocolate layer on the outside and they gave a very big slice. yummy. dear ordered shepherd's pie if i am not wrong.. and a cup of cappucino.

i took a bite before i remembered to tk a picture. hehe..

i know holidays are coming to an end and it really sucks cos i have been sick so havent really had much fun. but still, i am looking forward to hari raya this weekend and dear's birthday next month :)

dear cheered me up when he came near my place after work and asked me to come down and meet him. we had supper and chatted but soon i had to go back home already... time passes by way too quickly. boo.

and yes, i am going to watch orphan since it is highly recommended by my girls:) doubt it is showing in cinemas now. so i am going to get the dvd! better late than never :P looking foward to watching it!

met my girls yest evening. popeyes+good company+laughter+problem sharing= a great day out with my besties. just a few hours with them but i still really enjoyed my day :) looking forward to our next outing. love.

dear and i watched year one last week. the movie was NOT wad i expected. not funny and the dialogue is really predictable at many points of time in the movie. oh well... dear's company made the day absolutely wonderful so i was still a very happy girl. looking forward to his next off day so can spend the whole day with him instead of only during his break time... friday friday friday! hurry! wahahaha...

met dear after he ended work today to have supper. and while we were walking, dear suddenly pulled out a smaller bag from his huge paper bag and told me it was a gift for me! haha... i was really damn surprised cos there was really no occasion. well of cos, the excited me immediately wanted to see what dear got me. a dress! it is really pretty and sweet:) i am a happy happy girl! hehe...

oh ya, over the past few days, watched two movies with dear. we watched hangover and where got ghost. i did not intend to watch hangover initially but i changed my mind because all those who have watched it said it was really good. i felt that it was just gonna be a sleazy movie (remember superbad?) but i still decided to give it a chance. and... glad i watched it! it was funny. not just plain sleazy. so it was good overall:) where got ghost... oh mann... a major disappointment. i was expecting so much more after watching money no enough 2.

cant wait for my exams to be over! looking forward to my outing with my besties and planning for dear's birthday:)

watched chris brown's public apology on youtube earlier on. the way he acted was really very disappointing cos i did like him alot. and for so long i didn't really support him cos what he did was hurting as i thought that he was a very nice, boy-next-door kind of guy. but his apology really made a huge difference. it felt so sincere. it made me like him all over again. i guess sometimes, even though one can't turn back time, realizing his/her mistake no matter what it is and apologizing for it is of utmost importance. ya.. it won't take away or change the fact that it happened, but it does help ALOT to know that you are sincerely sorry that it did.

it happened so so so many damn-ed years ago. maybe all you need to do is to apologize and then it won't hurt so much

two weeks of holidays are coming to an end. but don't despair people cos the sch has extended our holidays! one more week of enjoying!! ok la.. not really enjoying cos its actually e-learning. and i know there will still be project meetings cos there is really alot left to be done! but still, the news leaves me feeling very very HAPPY =D

aniwaes, two weeks go by so fast. had alot of fun.. went wild wild wet! haha... been quite awhile since i last went there so i really had a good time=) went there with my dearest wafaradilla and so so happy cos all of us could make it! ular-lah was very fun but scary. i realy don't remember it being so scary last time. but i was really damn scared this time round la. haha... age is probably catching up =x and brave me, went toi take the waterworks ride. u know, the tunnel ride... then u come out of the tunnel and drop into the pool... ya. i was damn scared cos donno the water how deep but i still did it cos SARAH pulled me up the stairs. grrr... hahha... but i had fun=) love doing things that i thought i would never be brave enough to do. i love that sense of fulfillment. aniwaes, the scariest ride is really the bicycle on the track... omg. its plain sick. i really wanted to cry. haha. ok. shall stop embarrassing myself further.

on another day, went with stephy, car, cloudy and dear to minds cafe. it is still super fun!! never get sick of it at all. and time always passes way too fast=( what's a dame to do was very enjoyable. it isn't a game just for girls. even guys can have fun playing it cos the situations and responses are damn hilarious=D even thinking bout it makes me smile.. oh ya, i won twice that day.. hehe... proud of myself cos i usually and seldom win games. so YAY! repeat pete is also very fun. very stress. but fun=) and we discovered this new building game. looked boring at first and i was quite hesitant to play but it was very fun!! so glad we tried it. i partnered with cloudy and she ended up doing most of the work! haha... she makes a good partner. hehehe... i panic la.. so my reaction abit slow. haha.. aniwaes, minds cafe is still one of the best places to hang out with your friends.hours of enjoyment and laughter=)

one of the days, my class had an outing. at pasir ris. it was great hanging out with everyone and there was alot of food=D yummy yummy food. the best part of the outing was most certainly the story telling in the sea with fatin, sarah, qing ning, reena, luqman, kai and calvin. everybody had to make up stories and it was really very funny=)

two days back, after project was supposed to meet my girls for our weekly outing. but in the end, we didnt go out. we ended up baking cookies!! it feel great to do something new and fun=) took photos of our baking process with car's new super good camera but i dont have it yet. so maybe next time will upload. their mum is really sweet.. she gave me a hug when she came back from work=D we waited by the comp for bc's launch. hehe... and stephy also helped me experiment with eyeliner! it was just a completely girl-ish day and i love it. wouldnt wanna have it any other way=) cupcakes next yes girls? love u both!!

shakilla's sister's engagement ceremony this sun and fatin's sister and brother's wedding cermony next week. looking forward to both! holidays holidays... lalalalala... =)

aniwaes, happy 2000th day love! dear and i were talking a few days back and not sure how we got around to realizing this but ya, today is our 2000th day. haha... so ya, spent the day with dear. super super delicious meal at little india cos i was craving for it. then we watched "drag me to hell". heard mixed reviews bout it so we decided to check it out ourselves. honestly, i was scared. the song is damn haunting mann! and the show is just plain creepy. the exaggerations and jokes i didnt't really appreciate. but ya, the show is still scary to me. i hate buttons now. and the envelope... omg... haha... okok. i will stop here.

went swimming with wafaradilla today(sarah couldnt make it). thanks for such a fun day out girls=) it rained but that didnt dampen our spirits. we waited for the rain to stop and we went for our swim. best part: icah(cutest baby ever) was there too. she seems to be getting prettier and prettier! hehe... love her so much!!! oh ya, the timid me of cos swam in the shallower pool. lol! but still, i had loads of fun! and today i learned to float! first time... but it feels good to be able to master something new=) i like that feeling alot..

dar is back form bintan! he came back on sunday night and we met for dinner. can see that he is really happy! and that makes me very happy=) he was so enthusiastic as he told me stories abt the children there. liveing conditions are very bad and even the smallest things can make them very happy... just a packet of bisuit. really very sad. dear is intending to collect old/unused computers for this children so if anyone has pls donate! it is definitely for a very worthy cause!

aniwaes dear is in bintan right now. to do community work. very proud of him cos he volunteered for the trip! he is going there with his army officer. will be back tmr around evening time! really hope he will have a safe trip. cant wait for him to come back! hee=) thought i wouldnt be able to spend alot of time with dear before he went for the trip but i managed to stay over at his house! i love love love stayovers with dear! the cuddling, the chats, the company... it is the best=) so we had dinner and walked around jurong point after dear ended work. then we went home. we packed all the stuff dear needed for the trip. after that we intended to go to bed cos dear had to wake up at like 5 the next morning but we stayed up talking in bed till like two in the morning. haha... hope he isnt too sleepy when he is there!

yesterday i met dear after he ended work. it was our 5 years and 3 months annie. many ups and many downs, but still very glad to say that u are still the one i love with all my heart=) we went to shin tokyo. it is at yew tee. very near my place! haha... the ambience is nice and the company is the best=)

that was the nice part of the day but the sad part was we went back to find dear's cat. it ran away that morning. his whole family went to search but still cannot find. really very sad. i was so happy and excited when dear told me his dad brought home a cat. the cat is really very cute and not fierce at all.. i wanted to tk a photo of him but i kept playing with him then i forgot to tk photo... but now he's gone alr=( he's very timid so i think he must be really scared being alone outside. i really hope we can find him!
